Order Processing Time

  • You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed and another when your order ships.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

  • Delivery times depend on the carrier and destination. Once shipped, your package is under the carrier’s responsibility.

Tracking Your Order

  • A tracking number will be sent to your email once your order has shipped.

  • Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Incorrect Shipping Information

  • Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address.

  • We are not liable for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

  • Once the carrier marks your package as “Delivered,” we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

  • If your package is lost or shows no movement, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

  • We will do our best to assist, but we cannot replace or refund orders marked as delivered.

International Shipping

  • International shipping times vary by destination.

  • Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes.

  • Delays caused by customs are not within our control.
