Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

  • Customers are responsible for purchasing their own return shipping label.

  • Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, contact us immediately so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Personal care goods

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, the quickest method is to return the item first. Once your return is approved, you may place a new order for the desired item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is shipped into the EU, you have 14 days to cancel or return your order for any reason. Items must be returned in their original condition with tags and packaging, along with proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or denial.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund.
